Jen Tanesse

One of the Founding members of Meter Mate Prepaid Meters CC in 2016 (converted to Meter Mate Metering (Pty) Ltd in 2018) a serial entrepreneur, for the past 17 years Jen has been actively engaged in every aspect of growing the business to what it is today with her main focus now on HR, admin and accounts. Part of the focus has been to develop an asset of value with a strong team that now manages the day to do running of the company thus allowing Jen the freedom to more actively pursue her passion by empowering others to find their entrepreneurial spirit through Ingelosi Foundation’s activities.

Reward Ngcobo

Nkosinathi Reward Ngcobo is a leadership and organisational development practitioner with a longstanding passion for helping people recognise their potential, develop their capabilities and translate that potential into meaningful action. His work spans leadership development, coaching, organisational culture, change and facilitation. His passion for developing people was shaped through earlier work with an NPO, where he led a national youth development programme focused on values-based development, and has continued through training, coaching and youth development initiatives.

Nkosinathi is particularly passionate about creating environments where people can build confidence, take ownership of their development and find practical ways to contribute to the communities and organisations around them. He brings a practical, people-centred perspective to the Foundation and a genuine interest in helping young people grow into their potential

Vadette Radford

Vadette Radford is a cross-sector strategist, creative entrepreneur and social impact practitioner with more than 20 years of experience across business, marketing, creative industries, entrepreneurship and community development.

She is the founder of MojoActivation, a human-centred strategy and facilitation practice focused on connecting people, ideas and organisations to create practical outcomes and meaningful impact. Vadette is also a co-founder of Film Spaza, a social enterprise focused on creating pathways for young people into the film and creative economy. Through Film Spaza, she is involved in developing innovative models that connect youth development, skills, storytelling, production and employment opportunities within township and underserved communities.

Her work is driven by a passion for creating more inclusive and sustainable opportunities, particularly for young people. She believes meaningful impact is created when business, communities and development organisations work together, combining their knowledge, resources and networks around shared challenges.

As a Non-Executive Board Member of the Ingelosi Foundation, Vadette brings a cross-sector perspective, entrepreneurial experience and a strong commitment to youth development and social impact. She is particularly interested in building partnerships and sustainable opportunities that can strengthen the organisation's long-term impact and the futures of the young people it serves.
