Youth Development
Teen Boss introduces school-going youth to entrepreneurship and encourages them to begin thinking about business, problem-solving and financial independence from an early age.
The programme gives young people practical exposure to entrepreneurship during school holidays and helps them understand how an idea can develop into a business opportunity.
Our goal is to instill the HOPE for a better tomorrow and CONFIDENCE in our learners.
- Empower high school learners from previously disadvantaged backgrounds by giving them tools that will grow them academically and socially.
- Enable meaningful participation in the economy in the future irrespective of the choices they make post matric.
- Teach our learners the problem-solving skills that will empower them to become financially viable members of society.
- Teach our learners to be responsible and self-motivated through our incentive programme that allocates points for each of the tasks they complete, which can then be exchanged for data/airtime and grocery vouchers.

Entrepreneurial Development
The Business Bootcamp is one of Ingelosi Foundation's core entrepreneurship programmes and is aimed at young and emerging entrepreneurs who want to start or strengthen a business.
Since 2024, Ingelosi Foundation has delivered several Business Bootcamps, providing participants with practical business knowledge and an opportunity to learn from facilitators, entrepreneurs and partners.
- Build strong partnerships with tertiary institutions so that we can have a comprehensive database of the opportunities that are available for school leavers.
- Encourage interactions with young schoolgoers and entrepreneurs so they can share experiences, insights and learning opportunities.
- Connect candidates with solutions that will advance their learning and improve their chances of career success.

Entrepreneurial Support
Ingelosi Foundation recognises that entrepreneurship support should continue beyond training. We therefore aim to support emerging entrepreneurs through mentorship, business guidance, opportunity sharing and connections to relevant partners and platforms.
We aim to:-
- Provide a Business Hub that offers cost-effective solutions to entrepreneurs who may not have the tools they need to run their businesses effectively and efficiently
- Encourage the entrepreneur's overall development by offering both practical and strategic support
- Create an environment that supports economic change and social connectivity
- Foster opportunities that will help entrepreneurs to bridge the gaps that they experience with digital technology
